Srinidhi Raghavendran


Sri is currently a senior at Irvington High School. He enjoys math, computer science, cricket and basketball. He has taken multiple computer science courses at local community colleges and is highly proficient in Java, HTML, CSS and Python. Sri completed High School AP Calculus AB and BC by sophomore year and Multivariable Calculus junior year. Having moved from the East Coast to the West coast, he also has the ability to generate conversations off the bat and adapt himself to the situation. Sri takes pleasure in giving back to his community and his parent’s home country as well. He was also President/Founder of Pratham Math Competition, an annual competition held for 4 years for 4th-8th graders with a focus on middle school math competition problems with over 100 attendees and $10,000 raised and donated to Pratham, a non-profit dedicated to giving impoverished kids in India materials to enhance their learning experience. His vision is to make Hackathon4Kids a household name throughout the USA and then the rest of the world. His favorite quote is “Turn your setbacks into comebacks” ~Anonymous

Ojus Garg


Ojus is also currently a senior at Irvington High School. He is a STEM-oriented student who has passions in computer science, math, and finance. He has had great success in DECA’s business club and has qualified for internationals through his entrepreneurship roleplay and trading performance in the stock market. He also won third place at internationals for his trading strategy. Ojus loves to give back to his community and help underprivileged kids around the world. He also contributes to his high school by being the President of Irvington High School’s computer science club. He has been invested in nonprofits ever since his childhood as he used to raise funds in his own community to send to impoverished kids in India. He began learning how to code in 2015 and is proficient in Java, Python, and Matlab. He also sees Hackathon4Kids being a household name that can be spread around the world. His favorite quote is “Shoot for the moon and if you miss you will land among the stars” – Norman Peale.

Michael Lan

Vice President and Lead Instructor

Michael is a junior at Irvington High School. He enjoys math, software development, and economics. His hobbies include playing musical instruments, tinkering with his operating system, and giving back to the community. He has teaching experience in many environments and with multiple age groups and subjects, and loves to give back to the community. Michael is an active contributor and advisor on many online forums dedicated to programming.
